Refund Policy

1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt of your product. To be eligible for return:
The product must be in its original unopened packaging (for new unused products), all accessories, manuals, and included materials must be present, the product must not show signs of use or damage, proof of purchase or invoice must be included.
Products that are NOT eligible for return: products with opened or damaged packaging by the customer, products showing signs of use or installation, products without original accessories.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us by email at support@westinghouseelectronics.com.mx with your order number, provide reason for return and photos of the product (if applicable), receive return authorization (RMA) and prepaid shipping label, pack the product securely with all its accessories.
Once we receive and verify the returned product (within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
Full refund of the product purchase price, refund will be processed to the original payment method, refunds take 5-10 business days to reflect (depending on your bank).
NOTE: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
4. Exchanges and Replacements
If you wish to exchange a product for another model or size:
Follow the standard return process, place a new order for the desired product, or contact us for assistance with the exchange.
For defective products within the warranty period, we offer direct replacement at no additional cost once the defect is verified.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
Contact support within the first 48 hours of receipt, provide photos of the damage and packaging, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost, or process a full refund including shipping costs.
Products under manufacturer warranty are managed directly with the warranty department.
6. Manufacturer Warranty
All Westinghouse products include a 1-year manufacturer warranty that covers:
Manufacturing defects, component failures from normal use, operational problems covered in the user manual.
The warranty does NOT cover: damage from misuse or negligence, liquid or impact damage, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications.
