1. Shipping Coverage
We offer FREE SHIPPING throughout the United States on all our products. We deliver to:
All 50 states, major cities and metropolitan areas, and communities with coverage from our partner carriers.
For remote or difficult-to-access locations, we will confirm availability before processing your order.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Major cities and metropolitan areas: 3-5 business days, Remote areas: 5-10 business days.
These times begin counting from when your payment is confirmed. We will send you an email with tracking number once your order is shipped.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Once payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
4. Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive:
Email with tracking number, direct link for online tracking, and delivery status notifications.
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number on the carrier's website or by contacting our customer service.
5. Order Receipt
When receiving your order:
Verify that the package is in good condition before signing for receipt, inspect the contents immediately, report any damage or missing items within the first 24 hours.
If the carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our facilities. You will be notified to coordinate a new delivery.
